Simple cooking tips for Supermom: Chicken cutlet

Heya moms. How are all the days are going? So. today let us go for some cutlets. Today is Monday. So you must have some leftover chicken in the fridge. Come let us make some Chicken cutlet.


  • Chicken boiled and scrambled: 1 cup
  • Potato mashed: 1 cup
  • Onion: 1/4 cup
  • Green chili: 2 tablespoon
  • Ginger garlic: 2 tablespoon
  • Chilly powder: 2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric: 1 teaspoon
  • garam masala: 1 teaspoon
  • Oil: 1/2 cup
  • Bread crumbs: 1/2 plate
  • Eggs: 3

First of all. Place the pan above the stove and add 2 tablespoons of oil into it. Add onions, chilli, ginger and garlic. Saute them well. If it sheds a light brown shade add all the masalas into it and has a good mix. If done add scrambled chicken and add potatoes into it. Stir well and let it cool for 5 mi8nutes. After 5 minutes, use your hands to mix it well. Add get ready with your bread crumbs and eggs. Make a shape with the chicken mix. Dip in egg wash and roll in bread crumbs put it into the hot oil. Fry till it gets brown. Chicken cutlet is ready. Serve with some tomato ketchup. Enjoy.
