Raise your hand if you fell for coffee, all the time you are tasting it. Well, coffee is a magic. Once you taste it, you are just like fallen in a deep dig that you can’t recover.

As we all know, the very base is definitely the powder of roasted beans. The ripe seeds plucked, roasted, and finely grind will pair for a perfect coffee. It may stimulate the people who drink it because due to its caffeine content.

It is a very popular drink in the world.  Most probably it is best served hot. Also, it’s cold version is in people’s heart.

Coffee is a very popular beverage in the world. It has many bioactive Micronutrients

  • It is having minerals such as Ca, K, Fe, P, Ni, Mg, and Cr.
  • The bioactive components include Caffeine, Chlorogenic acid, Diterpenes, and Trigonelline.

CAFFEINE: Caffeine is found in many natural processed products like green tea, chocolate, and mate tea. Caffeine is a natural stimulant found in tea, coffee, and Cocoa plants. Its common name for 1,3,7-trimethylxanthine.  The word “caffeine” from German word Kaffee and the French word café, each meaning coffee. The moderate consumption of Caffeine is generally recognized as safe.

CHLOROGENIC ACID: (CGA) is an oil which is from caffeic and guinic acid. It doesn’t contain chlorine. It helps in reducing blood pressure and taken as a dietary supplement.

DITERPENE: Diterpenes are from compounds such as retinal, retinol and phytol. they are anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial.

TRIGONELLINE: It is an alkaloid. Can be seen in many plants like, fenugreek seeds, green peas, Japanese radish, hemp seed, oats,and potatoes etc.
